Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Secharlotte Pest Control wants everyone to be able to use secharlotte.homes, including people with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to work for as many people as possible. We aim toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems when we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@secharlotte.homes and we will do our part to assist.
Share Your Feedback
We welcome comments on how accessible this site is. Email contact@secharlotte.homes and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Keeping at It
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
