How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want homeowners who reach out to Secharlotte Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Secharlotte Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Secharlotte Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Texas.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@secharlotte.homes and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Comes After
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
